Anti-harassment training, anti-discrimination training, and diversity issues training

Our HR attorneys provide training sessions on a variety of HR and legal topics. We can help your business by:

  • Creating custom training programs for supervisors, managers, and employees in either a group or one-on-one setting.
  • Instructing all personnel on respect in the workplace (avoiding unlawful discrimination and harassment); management development and supervisory skills; diversity issues; corporate compliance and business ethics; violence in the workplace; how to conduct employee investigations; union avoidance; coaching and counseling employees and performance appraisal management.
We frequently deliver anti-harassment training to our clients. This one hour preventive training covers the key legal issues involved and includes actual case scenarios and other tools that create lively discussions with the participants.
Management Skills
Management skills area a very popular training that helps managers and supervisors sharpen their skills. We cover many issues, such as feedback, performance counseling and leadership.
Coaching and Counseling
We provide Coaching and Counseling training to managers and supervisors to strengthen their ability to counsel and communicate with their subordinates.
Rollout of Employee Handbook and/or Business Code of Conduct
Introducing a new Employee Handbook or Business Code of Conduct can be daunting for employers. We can introduce these materials to the management team and facilitate the explanation of new policies to ensure their acceptance.
