Caitlyn M. Gibbons
Caitlyn M. Gibbons is an Associate of the Firm. Caitlyn drafts employment and separation agreements. She researches Human Resources policy issues, prepares employee handbooks, multi-state digests and state addenda for handbooks. Caitlyn researches a wide range of employment laws, including disability accommodations, wages and hour rules and anti-harassment issues. She prepares state-of-the-art training materials for the Firm’s popular client workshops in anti-harassment, management and communication training.
Prior to joining the Firm, Caitlyn was employed with a law firm in Mineola, first as a Calendar Clerk, then as a Legal Intern. She has served as a Judicial Intern at the Nassau County Supreme Court, for the Honorable Diccia Pineda-Kirwan. In addition, she served as Articles Editor on Hofstra’s Journal of International Business and Law and was selected as a Student Practitioner in Hofstra Law’s Asylum Clinic.
