FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) Law & Compliance

The core federal law that controls wages, overtime, and hours worked is the Fair Labor Standards Act. [“State and local governments may also create their own legislation or agency regulations to expand the rights of employees beyond the requirements of the FLSA.”] We remain current on these laws and regulations to ensure that client policies are compliant with the complexities of wage and hours law.
