Employment Discrimination Lawyer

The workplace has experienced a widening of protections in the individuals that are covered by the array of discrimination laws. We study the evolving federal, state, and local discrimination rules carefully and advise our clients on how to present discrimination issues from arising in the first place. We protect our clients from creating issues that may lead to discrimination charges that may be filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), or other state or local agency responsible for anti-discrimination enforcement. Through our counsel clients maintain sensitivity to compliance, and develop and utilize policies that are fair and consistent with the law. We counsel our management clients on specific discrimination protections, including age, sex, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, partnership status, alienage, disability, citizenship status, consumer credit history, criminal history, genetic information, and other protected classes.
