504 Educational & IEP Plans Preparation

At Halpern & Scrom PLLC, we provide support to school administrators in creating 504 Plans under the Federal Rehabilitation Act. We also provide guidance and legal support increating individualized educational programs (IEPs) under the Individuals with Disabilities Educational Act (IDEA).

Educational plans and IEPs are essential to the education of students with special needs. We represent private and charter schools and early childhood centers to help them ensure compliance with the students with disabilities plan process.

We recognize that 504 Educational Plans and IEPs are essential to the proper education of students with special needs. We are available to support clients through each step of the planning process with parents and government entities when appropriate.

Evaluating the educational plans, including IEPs and 504s, is an essential part of providing appropriate education to students with learning difficulties. We recognize that our clients in the educational sector are striving to address the needs of the students appropriately. We provide additional support by reviewing plans for compliance and providing coaching and recommendations to ensure that the plans meet federal standards.
